Honorable Howard R. Tallman is the Chief U.S. Bankruptcy Judge for the District of Colorado in Denver and the former U.S. Trustee for Region 19 covering Colorado, Utah and Wyoming.
Honorable Michael E. Romero is a U.S. Bankruptcy Judge for the District of Colorado in Denver and a former trial attorney for Pendleton Friedberg Wilson & Hennessey PC.
Mark Gustafson, President of the Colorado Chapter of the TMA, is the Division Manager for Wells Fargo Business Credit in Denver, Colorado.
James Taggart, a CTP, is the Founder and Managing Member of Renaissance Partners, L.L.C. He has been involved in a wide variety of turnarounds and restructurings.
Sanford Edlein, a CTP, is the Managing Director for Huron Consulting Group. He is the President of the Dallas Chapter of the TMA and a recipient of the Turnaround of the Year Award by the TMA.
James Hunt is the Managing Partner of Bison Capital, a private equity firm. He and his partners have invested more than $20 Billion of capital at all levels over the last 25 years. He was the President and CEO of Anchor Pathway Funds and SunAmerica Series Trust and previously worked with Citicorp for over 14 years.
Robert Omer is the General Counsel for Summit Investment Management, LLC, which acquires and resolves distressed commercial loans and illiquid commercial assets. Summit also originates investments with debt and equity features for non-bankable companies and asset classes
Annette Jarvis, is a shareholder with Ray Quinney and Nebecker and has extensive national experience in workouts, restructurings and bankruptcy cases. She has been named as one of "The Best Lawyers in America" and also voted as one of Utah's "Legal Elite".
James Markus, a certified Business Bankruptcy Specialist, is a Member with Block Markus & Williams LLC and is the former President and Chairman of the American Board of Certification.
