Fighting to protect creditor's rights
When you have been in and with the banking industry as long as I have, you know that keeping loans current is absolutely essential. A long "watch list" is not good for banks, other lenders or their investors. In my practice, I assist banks with problem loans. I work with them to maximize recovery on loans that have gone into collections. For over 20 years, my law practice has focused on protecting the rights and financial interests of banks, creditors, and commercial lenders. I make it my business to stay abreast of changes and keep current with state and federal regulation. For a lawyer who can address your 21st century legal concerns, contact the law firm of Andrew Toft for a consultation.
How long is your watch list?
Every lending institution has a list of problem loans, known as a watch list. If the loan remains delinquent, the institution may place that loan in collections.
Banks and other lending institutions maintain watch list. If a loan becomes and remain delinquent, the lender frequently must resort to retaining a collections attorney. If you would like to decrease the number of loans on your watch list, please contact me. I can help you achieve your goal.
Collections
Sometimes, despite our best efforts, loans do end up in collections. I sue debtors on behalf of my clients. I follow up by filing suit if that is appropriate as soon as possible after deciding upon a course of action with the client. I am always open to alternatives to litigation, which can be costly and time-consuming. At the same time, I aggressively pursue the money that debtors owe my clients.
